OUR STORY

Oh She Reno’s was built from a shared passion for creating and improving spaces, but from two very different perspectives.

For Tamika, it started with a genuine love for carpentry and renovations. Being on the tools, working with her hands, and seeing a space come together from start to finish is what drives her. She takes pride in doing things properly, with a strong focus on quality and long lasting results.

For Loni, the passion has always been in small business, design, and the finishing touches that bring a space together. Alongside working behind the scenes, she is also hands on with projects, assisting on site, focusing on finishes, painting, and the details that elevate the final result.

Together, we bring a blended perspective to the renovation world — combining hands on craftsmanship with thoughtful design, planning, and attention to detail.

We’re especially passionate about supporting homeowners who choose to self manage their renovations. We understand that not everyone wants or needs a builder, but they still deserve guidance, quality workmanship, and a team they can rely on.

    Tamika is the driving force behind Oh She Reno’s and the one bringing every project to life on site. As a qualified carpenter, she leads the work with a strong focus on quality, precision, and doing things properly the first time.

    With extensive hands on experience across a range of projects, Tamika takes a practical, considered approach to every job, ensuring each space is not only finished to a high standard, but built to last.

    She takes a lot of pride in her work and genuinely cares about the outcome, treating every project with the same level of attention and respect as if it were her own.

    OPERATIONS & DESIGN

    Loni is the one you’ll usually be chatting to. She handles the organising, communication, and everything behind the scenes at Oh She Reno’s, while also being onsite a couple of days each week to assist and stay connected to the work. Alongside this, she shares the journey and continues building the brand as it grows.
