QUEENSLANDER-STYLE TIMBER BALUSTRADE & STAIRS | ARANA HILLS

A complete rebuild of the existing verandah, stairs and balustrades, beginning with the full demolition of the original structures. We replaced and adjusted the joists to improve the floor level before installing new Scyon flooring, ready for waterproofing and tiling by the client’s chosen tiler.

New Queenslander-style timber balustrades and gates were designed, built and painted to complement the character of the home. The entrance was completed with new steel stair stringers, hardwood treads and a matching timber handrail, creating a safer and more practical outdoor space while retaining its traditional charm.
